About the Role

As a Buyer Administrative Assistant, you will assist the buying team in operational tasks, managing purchase orders, PO statuses, and system hygiene. You will improve the entire buying process by ensuring administrative tasks are completed, data integrity is maintained, and reports are up-to-date.

Responsibilities
  • Complete required administrative tasks related to buying, including writing purchase orders, new item setup, pricing worksheets, and PO tracking.
  • Maintain data analytical skills and ensure data integrity across systems like Shopify, Inventory Planner, and NetSuite.
  • Monitor deliveries, late shipments, incorrect invoices, and campaign collection lifecycles.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
