About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the enterprise learning and capability agenda.
As Director of Organizational Development, you will span strategy, leadership development, technical (including AI) and professional capability uplift and learning operations.
Key responsibilities include setting direction, standards, and governance, shaping programs, enabling measurement, and ensuring adoption.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in Learning & Development or Capability roles
- Ability to set strategy and lead enterprise-scale learning and capability programs
- Expertise in Leadership development, Capability frameworks and taxonomies
- Modern learning design (blended, digital, social, on-the-job)
- Strong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Skilled in using data and metrics to inform decisions and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Vendor management and budget stewardship experience
