Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) International team, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic customer trust activities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve regulatory, legal, safety, and supplier escalations while advocating for customer safety across programs and processes.

  • Support strategic customer trust activities, such as outreach and relationship building with regulators, industry associations, and internal Amazon policy requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-defined and projects are carried out to timely delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of product compliance, regulatory affairs, and consumer rights. You should be able to partner with legal and public policy teams to engage with consumer and industry associations, develop and lead the customer trust strategy, identify opportunities to improve technology, and coordinate improvements with the products team.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders across organizations, including regional and global compliance programs, legal, operations, business, and technical teams, to define the strategy, requirements, and execution of the program to resolve compliance gaps and drive new compliance initiatives.

The right candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail, passionate about product safety and compliance, loves solving complex problems, and excited about improving customer trust. You should have a strong ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in written form) and have experience influencing without authority.
