Job Title: Site Mobilisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Site Mobilisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and mobilisation of site teams to various worksites, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes.

This is a pivotal position that requires strong coordination and communication skills. You will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of each worksite's operational requirements and facilitating seamless communication between work sites and our staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating site teams' onboarding and mobilisation to various worksites, adhering to strict timelines.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of each worksite's operational needs and requirements.
  • Facilitating effective communication between work sites and our staff through phone, text messages, and email correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of personnel qualifications, medical clearances, and inductions.
  • Preparing and submitting site entry documentation to clients in compliance with their procedures and systems.

  • Highly organised and efficient individual with excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and timelines.
  • Strong understanding of operational requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
