As a customer service team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely processing and fulfilment of orders. You will work closely with various teams including sales, production, warehouse, and planning to meet customer expectations.
","About the Role","This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in end-to-end order and case management. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, resolving order issues, and maintaining accurate customer and material records.
","Key Responsibilities","- Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Resolve order issues including lead times, product availability, and pricing
- Manage customer queries and requests via CRM
