Job Description:
- This position is responsible for ensuring the timely receipt, processing and dispatch of customer orders.
The role requires proficiency in SAP and strong relationship management skills to serve as a primary contact with customers, third-party logistics providers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process customer orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate freight pickups and changes with retailer 3PLs
- Manage SAP maintenance, sample orders, credits and returns
- Provide IT support for order systems and resolve exceptions
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service and logistics
