In the role of a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver tailored home support services to elderly individuals in the community. This position offers casual employment with working hours scheduled from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or overnight shifts required. Key Duties
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A strong commitment to enhancing the lives of the elderly
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle
- Excellent communication abilities to establish and maintain positive client relationships
- A current First Aid and CPR Certification (to be obtained prior to employment)
Candidates selected for this role will need to complete necessary pre-employment screenings to ensure client safety, including a National Criminal History Record Check. We will assist you in meeting these requirements during the recruitment and onboarding process.
To qualify for a position at Life Without Barriers, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or possess a valid medical exemption certificate, in line with the organization's vaccination policy. Proof of vaccination status will be required during the hiring process.
