Clinical Nurse Educator

Ldk Seniors' Living is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Greenway Views village in Tuggeranong ACT. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in empowering our care team through best practice and innovative education approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the National Care Education Manager to develop and deliver mandatory education and training based on identified need.
- Align all learning and development activities with Ldk's vision and values, as well as relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards, and guidelines relevant to the Aged Care environment.
- Provide clinical mentorship, support, feedback, and competency-based assessment of the care team.
- Facilitate and deliver the Care Orientation Program.
- Monitor quality of care delivery, identify training gaps, and support staff through curriculum development.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of education delivered.
- Support learning development and training record management using a Learning Management System (LMS) – Ldk Academy.
- Actively seek and facilitate on-site learning and development opportunities from external providers.
- Actively seek and support staff with scholarship opportunities and external learning opportunities.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) or current enrolment in this qualification.
- Relevant clinical or educational postgraduate qualifications.
- At least four years post-registration experience (including 3+ years of experience in the relevant specialist field).
- Demonstrated knowledge of innovative educational strategies, tools, and approaches.
- Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS).
