Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, focusing on Facebook Ads.
  • Take ownership of the CRM/automation system strategy to streamline workflows, build campaigns, and drive adoption across the business.
  • Report on campaign performance, with a sharp focus on ROI and cost per lead targets.
  • Support broader marketing activity, including website content updates, digital asset management, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
About You
  • The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, results-focused digital marketing specialist with a proven track record in paid advertising and lead generation.
  • Proven success with Facebook Ads, scaling campaigns, reducing cost per lead, and driving revenue.
  • Strong experience with CRMs and automation platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of performance marketing.
