**The position**:
This position is the General Manager for NSW, working alongside the senior management team and the directors, you will be close to the highest performers in this space and working with an efficient, and well operated team.
- Over see all operations from sales in project completion
- Managing staff including sales, operations and compliance
- Being the leader for the state and overseeing NSW
- Ensure certificate creation is processed and efficient
- Ensure effective sales, marketing and results are being produced
- Guide and educate staff on best practice and direction
- Lead growth plans and execution
- Strategise best practice with the GM and Directors
- Ensure profitability and success in sales and costs
- Ensure operations are smooth and efficient
- Prepare new launches for activities and products
- Various direct reports to you and growing the division

**The experience necessary**:
To be considered for this role you must have valid experience from the Energy Savings Scheme where you understand aspects of IPART, ESS, certificate creation for ESCs, and products like Heat Pump, Lighting, Air Con, Solar etc.
The main requirements are:
- Must have experience and knowledge of the ESS / energy scheme
- Experience in driving results on sales and operational efficiency
- Have managed and lead staff in a leadership role
- Know the general requirements for evidence for certificate creation
- Understanding the compliance processes for NSW energy scheme
- Can work independently and can execute on plans
- Goal orientated with a clear sense of drive
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team and staff
- Good communication skills to deal with customers
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to stay abreast of industry regulations and expectations and rules set out from the governing bodies to meet compliance
- Computer and software skills
- Areas ideal exposure are heat pump, air conditioning, lighting, solar, hvac, ihd, heers, ipart or other related parts of the energy scheme
