Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital strategy, drive performance marketing, and deliver growth for a rapidly expanding business in the Sustainable Energy Solutions sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid advertising and lead generation, with expertise in scaling campaigns, reducing cost per lead, and driving revenue through Facebook Ads.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimising paid social campaigns, taking ownership of the CRM/automation system strategy, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.

Requirements
  • Proven success with paid advertising and lead generation.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, including campaign scaling and cost reduction.
  • Strong experience with CRMs and automation platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of performance marketing.
