Your primary focus will be on developing a UX strategy to integrate multiple experiences in our digital ecosystem, acquiring stakeholder support and driving execution in collaboration with technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a UX strategy to integrate multiple experiences in our digital ecosystem
* Lead and advocate for UX capability in the organization
* Work alongside Product Management on a significant revamp of our eCommence platform
* Embrace SA store performance metrics and targets to drive design decisions
* Establish UX procedures and own UX outcomes from strategy to implementation

Requirements:

* Minimum five years of experience in user experience roles
* Experience working with industry standard tools for designing and testing user interfaces
* Experience working with project managers, business analysts and developers
* Experience working in agile delivery in a design role
