About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and overseeing the sales process for medical gases, medical products, and associated services to healthcare professionals.

This is a 1-year fixed-term position, and we are looking for a candidate who can grow our business and develop our services in the assigned territory (Victoria).

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business and increase revenue
  • Sourcing new clients and customizing our services to meet their needs
  • Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems if needed
  • Promoting a culture of Safety First with our stakeholders
  • Maintaining a database of clients and prospective customers
  • Organizing trainings for customers and prospects on the safe use of medical gases, integrated cylinders, equipment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with State Departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering and other business-related activities
  • Actively participating in tendering processes
  • Attending trade shows and actively participating in the promotion of Air Liquide Healthcare
  • Assisting the operations team in planning future asset requirements
  • Participating in customer holdings, safety, or backup audits
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Tertiary qualifications in Sales or a related field
  • Experience in Sales preferred
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • High interpersonal skills allowing for effective communication with our stakeholders
  • Excellent computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
