Medical Sales Specialist

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a skilled Medical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and overseeing the sales process for medical gases, medical products, and associated services to healthcare professionals.
This is a 1-year fixed-term position that offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in the medical industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in the assigned territory (Victoria)
- Sourcing new clients and customizing our services to meet their needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Investigating and resolving customer problems as needed
- Promoting a culture of Safety First with our stakeholders
- Maintaining a database of clients and prospective customers
- Organizing trainings for customers and prospects on the safe use of medical gases, integrated cylinders, equipment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with State Departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering and other business-related activities
- Actively participating in tendering processes
- Attending trade shows and actively participating in the promotion of Air Liquide Healthcare
- Assisting the operations team in planning future asset requirements
- Participating in customer holdings, safety, or backup audits
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales or a related field
- Experience in Sales preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- High interpersonal skills allowing for effective communication with our stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
