Environmental Sustainability Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Sustainability Coordinator to provide essential support in the successful delivery of projects across a busy portfolio.

This is a 6 month contract, with 3 days in the office and hybrid work arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with financial management including accruals and project reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as a key contact point.
  • Support procurement processes and transition documentation to operational teams.

Key Requirements:

Sustainability knowledge and experience, including emissions reporting, offsets and Net Zero strategies. This is mandatory knowledge for this role.

About You:

Proven experience in project administration/coordination, ideally within IT or digital environments.

Understanding of the project management lifecycle and governance processes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in approach.

Able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
