Overview

6 month contract – Geelong, 3 days in the office, hybrid.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator-Environmental Sustainability, to provide essential support in the successful delivery of projects across a busy portfolio.

Sustainability knowledge and experience, including emissions reporting, offsets, and Net Zero strategies. This is mandatory knowledge for this role.

This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with financial management including accruals and project reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as a key contact point.
  • Support procurement processes and transition documentation to operational teams.
Key Requirement (mandatory)
  • Sustainability knowledge and experience, including emissions reporting, offsets, and Net Zero strategies. This is mandatory knowledge for this role.
About You
  • Proven experience in project administration/coordination, ideally within IT or digital environments.
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
