Project Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to provide support in the successful delivery of projects across a busy portfolio.

This role involves providing administrative assistance to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on action items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with financial management and project reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as a key contact point.

  • Proven experience in project administration/coordination.
