Quality and Compliance Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator to join our organisation.
This role focuses on driving continuous improvement activities, including monitoring and documenting outcomes and coordination of quality management systems to ensure compliance is maintained.
The position also involves collating monthly performance data, coordinating training, maintaining registers, auditing process schedules and analysis, and managing risk and client incident systems.
About the Position...
In this role, you will work with our home care team and have the opportunity to contribute to effective change under the new Aged Care Standards.
You will be a core support to the Home Care business unit, providing expertise in quality assurance, risk management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure compliance is maintained
- Collate monthly performance data and coordinate training
