Strategic Workforce Leader

We are seeking a seasoned senior HR leader to spearhead the delivery of expert advice and services to drive government priorities.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage leadership skills to effectively manage teams delivering diverse HR services.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex people management issues to clients, stakeholders, and peers.
- Contribute to the development of strategic direction, partnerships, and service delivery models for the People and Culture division.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance workforce initiatives.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of Treasury's Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Cultivate a high-performing culture through coaching and mentoring team members to enhance client-focused services.
- Proven ability to lead teams in delivering diverse HR services, with strong prioritization, collaboration, and resource-sharing skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in human resource management, including strategic initiatives and advisory services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage executive leaders and stakeholders in driving organization-wide initiatives.
