Production Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the production operations at our Australian facility. Your expertise in inspirational leadership, manufacturing, and repair excellence will drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, quality, productivity, inventory control, and continuous improvement. You will lead labour and R&M budgets to achieve desired outcomes, while fostering a positive workplace culture with values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage production operations with a strong emphasis on health and safety, quality, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, quality, and control.
  • Manage staff performance through regular audits and performance reviews, providing ongoing feedback to meet site safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of business systems, manufacturing processes, and electronic repair centre processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in supply chain or operations management, with 5 years' experience in people management.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, or Engineering fields.
  • Strong understanding of project management skills, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence.
