At the heart of our nation, we have a dynamic team seeking an experienced leader to coach and support our members in delivering operational excellence. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be accountable for energizing, empowering, and supporting your team to meet and exceed targets.

About the role

This is a challenging opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for planning and allocating workload to maximize efficiency and delivery to deadline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the operations center operates 7 days a week for our customers
  • To energize, empower, and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets
  • To plan and allocate workload to maximize efficiency and delivery to deadline
  • To handle the receiving, pick packing, and dispatching of goods
  • Effective communication with all levels of the business
