Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive operational excellence and shape the future of our organisation.

About the Role:

This strategic governance position will play a key part in shaping our organisational direction, particularly as we expand our engagement with professionals across the fields of process improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight in developing our operational excellence strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of engagement activities including workshops, webinars, and networking events leveraging expertise and network
  • Build and foster a vibrant community for Lean Six Sigma, process excellence, and process architecture professionals
  • Support the growth of interest, maturity, and capability in the field of operational excellence across our region
  • Actively contribute to our organisational governance, strategy, and member engagement at board level
  • Support the planning and execution of annual conferences to engage our operational excellence community
Requirements:
  • A person with a passion for business excellence
  • Recognised expertise in process excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and/or operational excellence
  • Experience in professional education, training, or community-building is highly valued
  • A collaborative and future-focused mindset with a passion for lifting organisational capability
  • Prior governance or board experience is welcome but not essential
