Nursery Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nursery Team Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and experienced horticulture professional to lead our nursery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and motivating staff in daily duties, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring work is undertaken according to best practice guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture (retails or wholesale nursery)
  • Experience in performing electronic sale transactions
  • Competent keyboard skills and Microsoft Office literacy
  • Well-developed team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering customer service and providing professional advice
  • Good creative skills and good oral communication skills
  • A Class C Driver's licence
