Key Responsibilities

About the Role:

Requirements:

Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens and at least five years' experience leading high-performing teams are essential. Strong technical knowledge of horticulture and staying up-to-date with emerging practices are also required.

Key skills include collaboration, motivating team members, excellent organisation, problem-solving, time management, decision-making, commercial acumen, financial and budgeting expertise, proficiency with IT, and exceptional attention to detail.
