We're seeking a seasoned Horticultural Site Supervisor to oversee the care and presentation of high-profile, award-winning sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care and Presentation: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our prized horticultural sites.
  • Maintenance Operations: Operate modern tools and machinery, including zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and blowers.
  • Routine Tasks: Perform daily tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, fertilising, and pest control.
  • Team Management: Plan daily schedules, manage team workflows, and ensure safe and efficient task completion.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to maintain satisfaction and uphold a professional image.
  • Irrigation Systems: Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including programming and fault-finding.
  • Plant Health: Monitor plant and soil health, conduct testing, and apply treatments as needed.
  • Site Enhancements: Assist with seasonal planting and minor design updates to keep the site looking its best.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Mentorship: Help train and mentor junior team members.

A Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens is preferred. A driver's licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check are also required.
