About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Engagement Specialist to lead the delivery of our Farmer Ambassador program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and manage a network of farmer ambassadors to promote the Australian dairy industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies for their involvement in national and regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure farmers are informed about upcoming marketing initiatives and have the resources to amplify them.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for marketing engagement within the broader industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications or marketing, preferably in a commercial organisation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
  • Able to think strategically and analytically, with a deep understanding of the Australian dairy industry or Agricultural sector.
