Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking a skilled Technical Educator to develop and maintain high-quality technical content, including articles, infographics, and clinical tools.

This role involves working closely with our team to ensure that all educational materials are accurate, clinically relevant, and aligned with our product range and support structure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naturopathy or a related field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining technical content, including articles, infographics, and clinical tools
  • Providing clinical support to practitioners, facilitating accurate and clinically relevant support
  • Assisting with the development of training materials, handouts, and companion resources for internal and external seminars, webinars, and education events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy (Australia) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in technical content development, adult education, or practitioner clinical support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Aptitude for assessing the clinical relevance of scientific publications
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously whilst following direction
  • Creative writing skills with the ability to produce novel and relevant content targeted at health professionals
