Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve software documentation to support engineering teams and users worldwide.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and informative documentation contributions.
  • Engage with user communities to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Help standardize content structure, presentation, style, and language across products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A record of community engagement in open-source software, documentation, research, or other disciplines.
  • Demonstrates technical curiosity and is fascinated by software technology and its challenges.
  • Holds a BSc/BA degree or equivalent.
