Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Content Coordinator to join our team.



About the Role

This role involves maintaining and enhancing our product catalogue with accurate product information, ensuring that all content is on-brand and meets the highest standards of quality.



Daily Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high-quality product catalogue with accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Review and update category pages and website content to align with current business initiatives
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive real results
  • Support user acceptance testing for new website features


Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and how content drives discovery
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write engaging, customer-focused copy
  • Excellent time management abilities and the flexibility to handle multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across different teams
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly with MS Office suite
