Role Summary

  • This is a full-time role in our head office where you will assist with the development of technical education resources for practitioners.

About the Role

  1. We are seeking a skilled Technical Educator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, including articles, infographics and clinical tools/guides or other practitioner support materials.
  2. You will assist the clinical support team, providing accurate and clinically relevant support for our practitioners.
  3. Additionally, you will help develop training materials, handouts or companion resources, and may also present at internal and external seminars, webinars and education events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the creation of technical content, such as articles, infographics and clinical tools/guides or other practitioner support materials.
  2. Provide clinical support to our team, ensuring accurate and clinically relevant information is available to our practitioners.
  3. Develop training materials, handouts or companion resources to support our practitioners' needs.
  4. Possibly present at internal and external seminars, webinars and education events.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy (Australia) or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. Experience in technical content development, adult education or practitioner clinical support would be beneficial, but not essential.
  3. Previous experience in adult education/training would be advantageous.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organisational skills.
  7. Aptitude for assessing the clinical relevance of scientific publications.
  8. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously while following direction.
  9. Creative writer able to produce novel and relevant content targeted at health professionals.
