Role Overview

We are creating a market leading proposition for the Education sector through our expansion in digital education platforms. This new approach combines access to digital textbooks and other learning content with the online sales of physical textbooks.

As a key figure in this expansion, you will play a crucial role in enhancing access to digital learning for communities. You will be a trusted partner who drives customer acquisition and builds long term relationships.

  • Support your education community by managing end-to-end customer relationships.
  • Develop inspiring solutions for customers, building partnerships and managing account portfolios.
  • Guide customers in choosing the right products and services across our range.
  • Plan your work to meet customer expectations and deliver business growth.
  • Build relationships with School Bodies, Boards, and Procurement teams across school types, seeking out opportunities to grow the business and brand.
  • Attend key events, identifying new business opportunities.

About Your Skills

You're a driven, client-focused professional with excellent relationship-building skills and an unwavering passion for achieving targets and finding solutions for customers.

Your enthusiasm, energy, proactive mindset, and consultative approach, combined with your proven success in Sales and Business Development within a B2B environment, will see you flourish in this role.

Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales and account development, ideally within office supplies and/or technology solutions for education.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
