Digital Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Specialist to drive the success of our digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for CRM platforms and be driven by detail.
This role involves executing digital campaigns in CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Campaign Monitor, developing relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to build trust, managing end-to-end project management including timelines, resourcing, and project status reporting, and liaising with UX/UI, design, and development resources.
The key responsibilities include:
- Executing digital campaigns in CRMs
- Developing relationships with stakeholders
- Managing end-to-end project management
- Liaising with UX/UI, design, and development resources
- Agency experience as a Digital Solutions Specialist with a minimum of 3 years
- Outstanding attention to detail and motivation to learn new digital tools and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work with various CMS platforms and keen eye for UI/UX
- Intermediate G-Suite and JIRA competencies
- Interest in innovation and technologies with outstanding communication skills
