Pool Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Maintain all water features on property, including pools, fountains, and Jacuzzis. This involves cleaning, scrubbing scum lines, sweeping, vacuuming, and washing down all pools, pool decks, and decorative fountains.

As a key team member, you will assist in repairing rotating and stationary equipment related to water features or swimming pools, conduct water chemical and water meter readings, and make entries into logs as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning of pump strainers, sand filters, and cartridge filters
  • Dumping and fresh filling Jacuzzis and hot tubs as required
  • Mixing chemicals, topping off chemical mix tanks, and maintaining personal protective equipment
  • Reading and interpreting Material Data Safety Sheets
  • Assisting in maintaining all water features on property
  • Assisting in repairing equipment and conducting water chemical readings
  • Providing backup support for the pool mechanic as needed

The ideal candidate will have a diving license, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Experience in maintenance and upkeep of commercial pools is also desirable.
