This role involves the day-to-day leadership of our facility, responsible for producing and distributing quality fibreglass swimming pools across Queensland, Northern NSW and to export customers.

Your proven experience in manufacturing, attention to detail and strong leadership skills will demonstrate your ability to deliver the world's best pools.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years' experience in team leadership and management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills

About this job

This role is responsible for delivering a safety-first culture, managing the facility team and their activities, recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining the quality, effectiveness and efficiency through investigation, analysis and problem solving across the facility, partnering with the facility manager and national managers to implement safety, quality & cost initiatives across the facility, building relationships with our franchisees to manage pool deliveries, maintaining high levels of quality in the pools we supply, working with the Inventory team to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the site has the resources to produce pools, work with national team and site team members to develop & implement standardised processes, manage successful implementation of improvement projects which could span Safety, Process, Quality, People, Cost, work with the site supervisors and team members to foster a high performing culture, providing coaching and feedback on a daily basis.
