Job Description

The role of Account Manager is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing value, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing data insights to comprehend client profiles, needs, and goals, ensuring alignment with Flywire's solutions and services.
  • Executing scalable strategies to increase effectiveness on campus while providing timely issue resolution.
  • Developing targeted campaigns and engaging directly with client stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support.
  • CEFR minimum level C1 in English & Japanese.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and change management skills.
