This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with partners to deliver successful client engagements. Our goal is to empower our partners to drive project volume, technology adoption, and exceptional client outcomes through effective partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:- Orienting strategic alliance partners to Orgvue's support model and creating program infrastructure for ongoing usage, driving mutual benefits and value creation.
- Establishing routines and feedback channels to manage the strategic relationship, including Centre of Excellence development, enablement routines, and product feedback forums, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Setting up partner-specific Orgvue tenants for training, demos, and storage of custom solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Co-creating and overseeing a training and enablement plan to build partner capability on the Orgvue platform and prepare for project delivery, aligning with business objectives and goals.
We are looking for someone with a background in Change Management consulting who is passionate about driving technology adoption to improve client outcomes, with strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical issues. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to operational teams.
