Job Opportunity

The Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join their dynamic General Surgery team.

Job Summary:

This role involves delivering person-centred care to patients, families, and carers. The successful candidate will work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement patient-focused care for patients, families, and carers in line with Nursing Standard Practices.
  • Develop effective communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care.
