We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in the Renal Unit at Tamworth Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals with chronic kidney disease.
About the Role- Deliver comprehensive nephrology care services, including haemodialysis treatments, to both chronic dialysis and acute kidney injury patients within the Dialysis Unit.
- Administer plasmapheresis treatments to both inpatient and outpatient cohorts, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrate recent clinical experience in Nephrology Nursing, providing haemodialysis treatments and other renal care services.
- Show evidence of an energetic and capable approach to collaborative patient care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Have a compassionate, patient-centred approach to supporting individuals with chronic kidney disease.
