Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team and support the State Manager in the development and delivery of a wide range of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual calendar of events, identifying topics and presenters, and delivering impactful and well-received events for members.
  • Lead sponsor events, ensuring maximum exposure for sponsors.
  • Demonstrate excellent project coordination skills, working with corporate sponsors through all stages of the sponsorship lifecycle.
  • Deliver local CPD initiatives in partnership with the National Education Team.
  • Support the development and delivery of national conferences and other Chapter and national initiatives where required.
  • Manage the staging of Award events, providing logistical support, managing volunteers, and liaising with various event stakeholders.
  • Provide marketing and communications support to deliver successful Awards programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with organizations sponsoring categories in the Awards program and liaise with the National Partnerships Team and Head of Partnerships NSW as needed.
