Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Supervisor to oversee the coordination and execution of weddings and other special events at our esteemed estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of weddings, from setup to breakdown
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee venue setup, ensuring that all elements are arranged according to client specifications and timeline
  • Lead and guide the wedding team, including coordinators, servers, and other staff members
  • Conduct pre-event meetings and rehearsals with clients and vendors
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including managing contracts, schedules, and payments
  • Address issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of wedding planning processes
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism
