Key Accounts Operations Specialist

As a key accounts operations specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate cargo delivery, redirection, and collection for our esteemed clients. This diverse portfolio of customers includes FCL, LCL, and Air Freight cartage.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide precise delivery instructions to guarantee the physical movement of cargo meets client expectations.
  • Undertake instructions for client delivery, redirection, and/or collection with utmost care.
  • Record accurately information about shipment movements, including quantities and sizes.
  • Maintain up-to-date transaction records and cargo movement status.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client and undelivered reports.
  • Ensure accurate costings and billings are maintained.
  • Process documentation to ensure strong POD control.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in transport or cartage is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to international freight is essential for success in this role.
  • A task-oriented approach with a focus on meeting KPIs and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A team player with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and progress.
