Job Title: Store Operations Manager

The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a retail store, including sales, customer service, and store maintenance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of retail sales associates in providing exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers.
    • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution of customer service programs.
    • Work with management to ensure adequate staffing on the retail sales counter during peak hours.
    • Assist in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.
    • Hire and train new team members, collaborate with management for selection of qualified candidates.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders efficiently.
    • Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger for special orders and outside purchases.
    • Process retail customer returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately.
    • Ensure merchandise invoicing before product leaves the store.
    • Delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
    • Perform all store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and security tasks.
    • Maintain store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, and delivery vehicles.
  • Requirements:
    • Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
    • Certified Parts Professional Certification or ASE Certification desired.
    • Bilingual skills encouraged.
