About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you'll work with a dedicated Assistant Manager to manage a portfolio of health business customers. You'll connect with passionate business owners across various industries, including Healthcare, Childcare, and Pharmacy.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with appropriate solutions by understanding their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution.
  • Structure deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams.
  • Proactively manage credit and operational risks.

The Skills We're Looking For

  • Able to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of mid-market banking products.
  • Ability to understand customers' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Experience assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness and credit risk.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiency and create long-term value.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and how to mitigate risks.
