Lighting Supervisor">

We are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Supervisor to lead our lighting team in delivering exceptional results for our productions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of lighters, ensuring creative excellence and technical proficiency in the execution of assigned shots. They will also demonstrate organisational prowess and methodical approach in managing extensive shot lists, overseeing version tracking, and efficient render management.

  • Manage shot lists, track versions, and optimize render processes
  • Collaborate with upstream teams and production stakeholders to foster open communication
  • Implement enhancements to the lighting pipeline to streamline workflow and improve efficiency
  • Deliver final programs that meet technical specifications and creative vision
  • Work closely with VFX Supervisors to maintain consistent production values
  • Establish effective communication systems, workflows, file management protocols, and production tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor production schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address concerns to ensure project timelines are met

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including diplomacy, solution-oriented thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Senior-level proficiency as a CG artist, with specialized expertise in lighting and compositing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A profound understanding of CG pipeline, processes, software, and related technical aspects pertinent to television and film production
