Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our invoicing and payments capabilities. This is a critical area of our platform, enabling both interior designers and suppliers to manage projects, payments, and cash flow seamlessly.

This role will own the vision for this product area end to end — across designer and supplier experiences — collaborating closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Customer Experience teams to deliver solutions that are reliable, intuitive, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear strategy and roadmap for Invoicing & Payments that aligns with our broader product roadmap, company goals, and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
  • Engage with designers and suppliers to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and gather continuous feedback.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track adoption, satisfaction, and revenue impact. Use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager at a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years exposure to Stripe or similar payment platforms and invoicing workflows.
  • Experience owning the product development of invoicing, payments, and related financial workflows.
  • Strong track record of shipping customer-centric products in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
Bonus Requirements
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in payments.
  • Background in applying AI to workflow automation.
