The Role
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define business needs and design solutions.
  • Communicate change requirements to QA, Operations, and Development via documentation (UI mockups, data models, user stories)
  • Participate in project management from inception to release, managing delivery and quality, and conduct testing of product changes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and Business: Ensure Jira status reflects current requirements Tickets have been answered in a timely manner Report sprint progress and monthly project reports.
  • Business as Usual: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the improvement of processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an end-to-end Business Analyst role.
  • Proficiency in process flow tools such as Miro or Visio.
  • Experience in delivering projects with a clear CX focus, including CRM, customer portals and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex reports and documents to clients, encompassing requirements gathering, mock-ups, and iterative development support.
