
CX Operations Manager

The Customer Experience CX Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the CX function.
Responsibilities include handling escalations from the team and troubleshooting client issues. This position requires taking initiative on various projects, proposing improvements to systems and processes, and collaborating closely with Product & Tech teams.
The ideal candidate has prior experience managing a team and a working knowledge of Zendesk. They should also have expertise in process improvements and system efficiencies.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the Management department, involving industries such as Leasing, Real Estate, IT Services, and Research.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Manage and coordinate team activities to ensure seamless CX delivery.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize systems and processes.
