Program Director Position

We are seeking a passionate leader to manage the daily operations of our leisure facility, ensuring delivery of quality programs and services that meet community needs.
About This Role
- Develop and manage staff within the facility to ensure exceptional customer service and quality programs.
- Support external user groups and other facility patrons to create a welcoming and accessible environment.
- Provide clear direction and support to staff for a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused team.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations for efficient service delivery and resource utilization.
- Manage revenue and expenditure within the facility.
- Prepare reports and statistical data for regular reporting.
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in financial and staff management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering high-level customer service and communication skills.
- A current Drivers Licence and ability to use computer applications.
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification.
- Defibrillation Certificate, First Aid Certificate.
- Pool Operations Certificate.
- Food Operations Certificate.
