We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Office Coordinator, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming clients and answering phone calls
  • Taking messages
  • Handling postal services and banking
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Managing keys and access control
  • Providing office management support, including stationery ordering
  • Assisting with property management tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential), excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also possess impeccable presentation and the ability to work independently in a busy office environment.
