Our OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Educator to join our team at a reputable early education centre. This part-time role offers 15 hours of work per week, allowing you to balance your career with personal goals.
About UsOur centre provides a stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. We have indoor and outdoor play areas, state-of-the-art technology, and a range of activities that cater to different interests.
With a capacity for up to 74 children, our operating hours are from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our website offers more information and photos of our centre.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
